BEACHES

A beach is a landform. It is a shoreline of an ocean, sea,or lake. The surface of a beach is often made of rocks, sand, gravel and pebbles. Beaches are a place to play and swim. There is often a lifeguard at the beach to protect the people in the water.
Burlingame State Park in Charlestown, RI has a beach along the shore of Watchaug Pond. You can play with your friends in the water and build sand castles on the beach. The YMCA has a camp along this beach.
In conclusion beaches are a relaxing place to enjoy the cool waters of summer.
